Role Overview:
As an Enterprise Product Manager based in Bhopal, you will serve as the strategic bridge between complex business requirements and scalable technological solutions. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams, executive stakeholders, and high-value enterprise clients to translate intricate pain points into robust, high-impact product features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the comprehensive product roadmap by aligning long-term business goals with immediate technical milestones.
- Architect scalable solutions by collaborating with engineering leads to ensure that product designs meet stringent enterprise-grade performance and security standards.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication and data-driven prioritization.
- Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from initial concept and market research to final deployment and post-launch optimization.
- Analyze market trends and competitor movements to identify new growth opportunities.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex enterprise-grade software products.
- Strong background as a Solution Architect, capable of evaluating system designs and infrastructure requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in strategic planning and product roadmap development.
- A Masters degree in Business Administration or a related technical field from a premier institute is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a high-ownership environment, with a preference for candidates who can effectively manage teams and projects within a hybrid or on-site work setup in Bhopal.
