We're Hiring: Senior Product Manager

We're looking for a- Senior Product Manager- who can own and drive end-to-end product strategy, especially across modern enterprise and AI-driven ecosystems. If you thrive in ambiguity, think strategically, and execute with precision, we want to talk to you.

What We're Looking For?

Extensive Product Leadership (10-12 Years):

- You've led 0- 1 product development, defined MVPs, and built strategic roadmaps across complex enterprise environments. You can quickly grasp business problems, craft a compelling vision, and drive execution with an experimentation mindset. Familiarity with OKRs is essential.

Deep Domain Expertise: Sales Lifecycle + CRM:

- Strong experience across the- Sales Lifecycle (Quoting - Billing - Invoicing)- and deep knowledge of- CRM systems-Salesforce preferred.

- You've built scalable products for GTM/sales users within Salesforce or similar ecosystems.

AI Product Lifecycle Mastery:

- You understand how the- AI product lifecycle- differs from classic product development. You've taken AI-first products from ideation to experimentation, model deployment, and performance measurement-and know how to navigate the challenges and opportunities in this space.

Systems Thinking & Data-Driven Decision Making:

- You connect business strategy, user needs, and technical architecture to build scalable systems. You're deeply data-oriented and use insights to power decisions.

Stakeholder Influence & Communication:

- You simplify complexity, tell compelling data stories, and secure alignment with senior leadership. You excel at cross-functional partnership and strategic prioritization.

Critical & Strategic Thinking:

- You challenge assumptions, leverage data to frame hypotheses, and craft clear narratives that move teams forward-even in ambiguity.

Documentation Excellence:

- Your PRDs, roadmaps, and release documents create clarity, alignment, and accountability across teams.

Cultural & Team Leadership:

- You foster transparency, collaboration, and ownership. You mentor and uplift teams at all levels to think strategically and communicate effectively.

Execution Excellence-

You consistently deliver product outcomes-not just outputs. You measure success through meaningful metrics and adoption data.
