Enterprise Minds is looking for a Senior Product Manager who can drive 0-1 product development, lead AI-first initiatives, and build scalable Salesforce (Q2C) products for enterprise GTM teams.

What Youll Own:

- Drive 0-1 product strategy, define MVPs, and build long-term roadmaps

- Lead AI-first product lifecycle - experimentation - model evaluation, deployment, measurement

- Build scalable Salesforce / Quote-to-Cash (CPQ - Billing, Invoicing) experiences for GTM users

- Apply systems thinking to connect business, UX, and technical architecture

- Use data storytelling to influence executives and align cross-functional teams

- Define and track OKRs, success metrics, and adoption goals

- Create clear, impactful PRDs, product docs, and release plans

- Collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, design, and GTM leaders to drive execution

- Mentor cross-functional teams and elevate product thinking across the org

Must-Have Qualifications:

- 10-12 years of deep product leadership in complex enterprise ecosystems

- Proven success building 0-1 and AI-first products

- Strong expertise across the Sales lifecycle (Quoting - Billing - Invoicing)

- Hands-on experience building scalable products on Salesforce (preferred)

- Ability to differentiate AI lifecycle vs. standard product lifecycle

- Sharp critical thinking, experimentation mindset, and comfort with ambiguity

- Strong data-driven decisioning and storytelling skills

- Excellent documentation: PRDs, roadmaps, requirement design

- Ability to build trust and drive alignment among senior cross-functional leaders

Nice to Have:

- Experience with GTM systems, CRM analytics, or AI/ML platforms

- Exposure to B2B SaaS product ecosystems

- Background in enterprise workflow automation or revenue platforms
