Role Overview:

- We are seeking dynamic Business Analysts who are in the early stages of transitioning into Project Management roles.

- This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a solid foundation in business analysis, who have started taking on project coordination responsibilities or aspire to move into project management.

- The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and a growing interest in leading projects from planning through to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination under the guidance of a senior PM.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.

- Assist in creating project documentation including project charters, status reports, risk logs, and meeting minutes.

- Help track project progress against milestones and deliverables, highlighting risks and deviations.

- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding.

- Participate in stakeholder meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project reviews.

- Contribute to process improvements and implementation of project management best practices.

- Begin handling smaller workstreams or modules as a shadow or co-lead PM.

Qualifications And Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

- Exposure to or involvement in project planning, coordination, or delivery support.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, MS Project, Asana, or Trello.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Certification or coursework in PMP, CAPM, or Agile (optional but preferred).
