Business Systems Analyst - D365 | SCM & Repair Operations (Agile/Scrum).

Job Summary.

- We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Repair Operations, and Reverse Logistics, working within an Agile/Scrum delivery environment.

- The role will focus on gathering and translating business requirements into system solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to support repair lifecycle, inventory, warranty, and supply chain processes.

- The BSA will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, operations teams, and IT, ensuring scalable and efficient system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Systems Analysis:

- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to SCM, repair operations, RMA, warranty, and reverse logistics.

- Create functional specifications, process flows (AS-IS / TO-BE), and data mappings.

- Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Perform gap analysis and support solution design within D365.

Agile / Scrum Delivery:

- Work as a BSA within Scrum teams.

Participate in:

- Sprint planning.

- Backlog refinement.

- Sprint reviews and retrospectives.

- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams.

- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage.

- Ensure smooth release validation and post-deployment support.

- SCM & Repair Operations.

- Support end-to-end repair lifecycle:.

- Intake, triage, repair, refurbishment, and disposition.

Enable system support for:.

- RMA processing.

- Warranty & entitlement management.

- Spare parts and inventory tracking.

- Vendor and depot repair workflows.

Work with SCM teams to optimize:.

- Inventory availability.

- Repair turnaround time (TAT).

- Cost per repair and recovery yield.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

- Gather and document requirements for D365 SCM / Finance / Field Service / Service Management modules.

Support configuration and enhancements related to:.

- Inventory & warehouse processes.

- Service & repair workflows.

- Integration with ERP, logistics, and finance systems.

- Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of D365 solutions.
