Role Overview:
As an Enterprise Infrastructure Architect, you will serve as the technical visionary responsible for designing and governing the global infrastructure landscape of our organization. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, collaborating closely with C-suite stakeholders, engineering leads, and global IT teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, resilient, and secure architectural frameworks. Your work will directly influence the organizations digital transformation journey, ensuring that our data center and cloud ecosystems provide a high-performance foundation that drives operational efficiency, cost optimization, and seamless service delivery for our international user base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect robust, end-to-end hybrid cloud solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing on-premises data center environments to ensure high availability and business continuity.
- Define and enforce enterprise-wide infrastructure standards, policies, and governance models to maintain consistency and security across diverse international regions.
- Lead the strategic migration of legacy workloads to cloud-native environments, optimizing performance and cost-efficiency for global business units.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into the infrastructure roadmap, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of technical innovation.
- Oversee the design and implementation of virtualization strategies, specifically leveraging ESXi, to maximize hardware utilization and streamline resource management.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex Enterprise Infrastructure Architecture and Solution Architecture, with a proven track record of managing large-scale global deployments.
- Advanced proficiency in multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, with the ability to select and implement the right platform for specific business needs.
- Deep technical knowledge of Data Center Architecture and ESXi virtualization, coupled with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize high-density compute environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to international work cultures and collaborate effectively across different time zones in a global, hybrid, or on-site capacity.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 10 - 18 years of progressive experience in infrastructure design and enterprise-level systems engineering.
