Enterprise Architect - Manufacturing Systems

The Enterprise Architect will be responsible to develop a comprehensive IT strategy that streamlined the digital transformation initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency across the organization. The Role focuses on creating the roadmaps in alignment with organization business strategy and objectives and establish architectural governance and implement frameworks for large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish architecture, governance, standards, and best practices.

- Define and evolve enterprise architecture covering applications, data, integration, and infrastructure.

- Drive technology roadmaps for cloud, ERP, data platforms, cybersecurity, and digital solutions.

- Provide architectural oversight for large transformation programs across business units.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent.

- 15+ years in enterprise/solution architecture within large, complex organizations including at least 7 years in a leadership role within a reputed infrastructure, construction, manufacturing organization, IT or Technology consulting firm.

- Strong foundation in Manufacturing Systems such as SCADA, LMS, etc & iOT, IIOT, AI, RPA required.

- Experience in EPC, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or large conglomerates is preferred. Ecommerce knowledge is preferred.

- Strong expertise in cloud (Azure/AWS), ERP (SAP preferred), integration frameworks, and data architecture.

- Industrial knowledge such as NPR, Facial recognition, Access control, BMS and Engineering integration.

- Solid understanding of Infrastructure knowledge, Network understanding.

- Proven ability to establish architectural governance and implement architectural frameworks [TOGAF, Zachman] would be preferred.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
