Enterprise Architect Level
We are looking for a transformational technology leader to architect, elevate, and steer our enterprise Technology Support landscape across Cloud, Infrastructure, and Cyber Defense ecosystems.
This role goes beyond operational oversight it demands an individual who blends visionary strategic capability with deep engineering acumen and the ability to influence outcomes across complex business environments.

Primary Mandate
- Be the escalation pinnacle: Resolve the toughest technical challenges spanning Cloud, DC, Workplace, and Security where others stop, you begin.
- Architect the future: Continuously assess emerging solutions, shaping the technology strategy and recommending innovations that redefine operational possibilities.
- Drive resilience & continuity: Own the problem and crisis lifecycle, ensuring root-cause elimination and rapid service restoration.
- Build capability muscle: Curate, mentor, and grow internal talent, building specialized knowledge communities and high-performing virtual squads.
- Inspire innovation & transformation: Act as a catalyst to unlock new business value through infrastructure modernization and automation-driven excellence.
Core Competencies & Credentials
- 15+ years driving enterprise-scale infrastructure strategy with 10+ years leading architecture decisions across Cloud, Data Centers, Workplace systems, and Cybersecurity.
- Proven leadership in major incident & problem management, restoring stability under high-pressure environments.
- Multi-cloud & Hybrid expertise, including design, migration, optimization, and governance.
- Data Center modernization & scalable infrastructure engineering expertise.
- Strong command over enterprise workplace modernization and user experience-centric platforms.
- Demonstrated success in automation-led operations, efficiency uplift, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Recognized influencer & strategic thinker, able to collaborate with executives and technology teams to shape enterprise direction.
