Job Title : Enterprise Architect (Hands-On)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a hands-on Enterprise Architect who can lead end-to-end digital and enterprise transformation engagements for our clients. You will define capability models, application portfolios, and integration architectures while building modernization roadmaps that bridge business strategy and technical execution.

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders and diving deep into technical design. Our clients span multiple industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Technology, Energy, Media, Government, Education, and Hospitality. You will be expected to quickly develop a strong understanding of each client's business context to deliver relevant and impactful architecture solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks aligned with industry standards (TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent), customized to client needs.

- Build business capability models and map current-state vs. target-state architectures to identify transformation gaps.

- Design and manage application architecture portfolios, including rationalization, modernization, and decommissioning strategies.

- Architect integration patterns and enterprise service models for complex, multi-system environments.

- Create multi-year technology modernization roadmaps aligned with business priorities and funding cycles.

- Establish architectural governance processes, principles, and review boards for client organizations.

- Align enterprise architecture strategies with core capability areas :

- Lead cross-functional workshops and architecture discussions with stakeholders at all levels.

- Produce key architecture deliverables including current/target state diagrams, transition architectures, and risk registers.

Technical Requirements :

1. Must-Have Skills :

Tier 1 (Core Competencies) :

1. Enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent)

2. Business capability modeling

4. Cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

5. Integration architecture patterns

6. Agile and DevOps delivery models

Tier 2 (Advanced Architecture Expertise) :

1. Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

2. Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)

3. Microservices decomposition patterns

4. Enterprise API gateway design

5. Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) aligned architecture standards

2. Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with enterprise architecture tools (LeanIX, Ardoq, Sparx EA)

- Value stream mapping

- Business process modeling (BPMN)

- Exposure to AI integration within enterprise capability models
