Job Description Enterprise Architect (AI/ML Specialization):

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect (AI/ML Specialization) with 9.5+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technology Leadership roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining enterprise technology strategy, driving digital transformation initiatives, and aligning business objectives with scalable technology architectures. In addition to strong enterprise architecture expertise, the candidate must possess at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML technologies, helping organizations leverage Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions to improve business outcomes and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

Enterprise Architecture & Strategy:

- Define and maintain enterprise architecture vision, roadmap, and governance frameworks.

- Align business strategy with technology architecture and digital transformation initiatives.

- Develop target-state architecture and transition roadmaps.

- Establish architecture principles, standards, and best practices.

- Lead architecture review boards and governance committees.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations.

Business & Technology Alignment:

- Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and executive teams to understand strategic objectives.

- Translate business requirements into scalable enterprise architecture solutions.

- Develop business capability models, application portfolios, and technology roadmaps.

- Ensure alignment between enterprise architecture and organizational goals.

AI/ML & Digital Transformation:

- Design and implement AI/ML-driven solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

- Evaluate and recommend AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI platforms.

- Define AI governance, security, and responsible AI frameworks.

- Drive AI adoption strategies across business functions.

- Support AI use cases involving predictive analytics, automation, intelligent workflows, and decision support systems.

- Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams on AI solution architectures.

Cloud Architecture & Modernization:

- Design enterprise cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.

- Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives.

- Establish hybrid cloud and multi-cloud strategies.

- Define cloud governance, security, and operational frameworks.

Architecture Governance:

- Establish architecture governance processes and controls.

- Conduct architecture reviews and compliance assessments.

- Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Develop architecture artifacts, reference architectures, and solution blueprints.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

- Present architecture strategies and recommendations to C-level executives and senior stakeholders.

- Lead and mentor architecture and engineering teams.

- Facilitate architecture workshops and technical discussions.

- Drive enterprise-wide technology adoption and innovation initiatives.

- Integration & Modern Architecture: API Management, REST APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, Microservices Architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Enterprise Integration Patterns, Messaging Platforms, Data Integration.

- Data & Analytics: Data Architecture, Data Governance, Data Lakes, Data Warehousing, Big Data Platforms, Analytics Solutions.

- Security & Governance: Enterprise Security Architecture, Identity & Access Management, Risk Management, Compliance Frameworks, Security Governance.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- 9.5+ years of overall IT experience.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technology Leadership roles.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on AI/ML architecture or implementation experience.

- Proven experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.

- Strong experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman.

- Experience designing cloud-native and hybrid cloud architectures.

- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and modern application architectures.

Preferred Qualifications:

- TOGAF Certification, Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP), AI/ML or Generative AI Certifications, Experience with Architecture Modeling Tools, Experience in large enterprise environments, Exposure to Data Science and MLOps platforms.
