Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to join our leadership team in Bangalore, Chennai, or Kochi. In this high-impact role, you will serve as the technical visionary, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and scalable technology solutions.

You will work closely with C-suite stakeholders, product engineering teams, and global clients to define the long-term architectural roadmap. By championing modern engineering practices, you will drive digital transformation, ensuring our platforms remain resilient, secure, and future-ready while delivering tangible value to our end customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and govern the enterprise-wide technology strategy, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution to drive operational efficiency.

- Lead the design and implementation of robust microservices architectures, enabling high-availability and seamless scalability for mission-critical applications.

- Oversee large-scale cloud migration initiatives on AWS and GCP, optimizing infrastructure costs and performance for global enterprise clients.

- Integrate cutting-edge Generative AI capabilities into existing workflows, identifying opportunities to automate processes and enhance user experiences.

- Mentor cross-functional engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and architectural rigor across the organization.

- Establish governance frameworks based on TOGAF principles to manage technical debt and ensure consistency across diverse technology stacks.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex, distributed systems using Java-based frameworks, with a deep understanding of performance tuning and system integration.

- Proven ability to architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS and GCP, including managing multi-cloud environments and hybrid infrastructure.

- Strong proficiency in modernizing legacy systems through strategic migration and re-platforming, minimizing downtime and business disruption.

- Advanced knowledge of Generative AI frameworks and their application in enterprise environments to solve real-world business challenges.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

- A strategic mindset grounded in TOGAF methodologies, capable of balancing immediate project needs with long-term enterprise scalability.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, collaborating effectively with distributed teams across Bangalore, Chennai, and Kochi.

- Minimum 13 - 19 years of progressive experience in software engineering and enterprise architecture, ideally within a high-growth or consulting environment.
