Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise IT / Group IT Leader with 18+ years of experience to own and drive the enterprise-wide IT function across multiple business entities, subsidiaries, and locations.

The ideal candidate should have experience operating at a Senior Enterprise IT / Group IT / IT Head / CIO-1 level, with proven ownership of the IT operating model, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, enterprise applications, infrastructure, vendors, and technology governance.

This is a strategic leadership role requiring a strong combination of enterprise IT governance, operational excellence, technology transformation, commercial management, and executive stakeholder management.

Candidates with experience in EPC, Construction, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, or Energy sectors will be highly preferred.

Important: Candidates should have actually owned the enterprise/group IT function and operating model, preferably across multiple subsidiaries or entities. Simply having 18+ years of experience with ServiceNow and Oracle will not be sufficient.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enterprise IT Leadership:

- Own and lead the enterprise/group IT function across multiple entities, subsidiaries, business units, and locations.

- Define and execute the organization's overall IT strategy, operating model, governance framework, and technology roadmap.

- Establish standardized IT processes, policies, controls, service models, and governance mechanisms across the organization.

- Drive IT transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives and organizational growth.

- Ensure IT services are scalable, reliable, secure, cost-effective, and aligned with enterprise requirements.

- Provide strategic technology guidance and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

2. ITSM, ITAM & ITOM:

- Own and govern enterprise-wide IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) functions.

- Establish and continuously improve IT service management processes, SLAs, KPIs, service governance, and operational controls.

- Drive IT asset lifecycle management, inventory governance, software/hardware compliance, and optimization.

- Ensure effective incident, problem, change, request, configuration, and service-level management.

- Establish operational metrics and dashboards to monitor service performance and continuously improve IT operations.

3. ServiceNow Governance:

- Provide strategic governance and oversight for the organization's ServiceNow platform.

- Ensure effective adoption and utilization of ServiceNow across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and related processes.

- Define ServiceNow governance, process standards, platform roadmap, and integration requirements.

- Work with internal teams and implementation/service partners to maximize the value of the ServiceNow ecosystem.

4. Enterprise Applications & Technology:

- Provide leadership and governance for enterprise applications, including Oracle Fusion / Oracle enterprise applications.

- Oversee integration and alignment between enterprise applications, infrastructure, data, and business processes.

- Leverage the Microsoft enterprise ecosystem to support productivity, collaboration, identity, infrastructure, and business requirements.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve business efficiency and operational effectiveness.

5. Vendor & MSP Governance:

- Manage strategic relationships with technology vendors, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), system integrators, and implementation partners.

- Establish vendor governance frameworks, SLAs, KPIs, performance reviews, and escalation mechanisms.

- Manage commercial negotiations, contracts, renewals, licensing, and technology procurement.

- Drive vendor performance optimization and ensure value for technology investments.

- Ensure effective governance of outsourced and managed IT services.

6. IT Operating Model & Transformation:

- Build, transform, and continuously optimize the organization's IT operating model.

- Define IT organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, service ownership, governance, and delivery models.

- Lead enterprise-wide IT transformation and modernization initiatives.

- Drive standardization and consolidation of IT services across subsidiaries and business entities.

- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, cost reduction, and service improvement.

7. Executive Stakeholder Management:

- Act as a strategic technology partner to the CEO, CIO, CXO leadership, business heads, and senior management.

- Translate business objectives into actionable IT strategies and technology roadmaps.

- Present IT performance, risks, investments, transformation initiatives, and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.

- Manage complex cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology functions.

- Lead critical escalations and ensure timely resolution of enterprise-wide technology issues.

Required Candidate Profile:

- 18+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in enterprise technology leadership.

- Proven experience at Senior Enterprise IT / Group IT / IT Head / CIO-1 level.

- Demonstrated ownership of enterprise/group IT functions across multiple entities, subsidiaries, or business units.

- Strong hands-on understanding and leadership experience across ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM.

- Strong experience with ServiceNow governance and IT Service Management.

- Exposure to Oracle Fusion / Oracle enterprise applications.

- Strong experience with the Microsoft enterprise technology ecosystem.

- Proven experience managing vendors, MSPs, system integrators, contracts, and commercial relationships.

- Experience building or transforming an enterprise IT operating model.

- Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Experience leading large-scale IT transformation, governance, and modernization programs.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to align IT strategy with organizational objectives.

Preferred Industry Experience:

- EPC, Construction, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, or Energy sectors.
