Enterprise AI Manager/AI Strategy Lead

Role Overview :

We are is looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Enterprise AI Manager who can evaluate, design, and drive AI interventions across business functions. This role requires a professional who can operate from a bird's-eye view of the organization, identifying opportunities to integrate AI and emerging technologies into existing systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working closely with different business units to enhance efficiency, innovation, and scalability through AI-led solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Strategy & Implementation :

- Identify opportunities for AI integration across various business divisions

- Drive AI-led transformation initiatives across systems and workflows

- Recommend and implement scalable AI solutions aligned with business goals

Enterprise-Level Thinking :

- Evaluate business functions from a holistic perspective to identify gaps and efficiencies

- Collaborate with leadership to define AI roadmap and priorities

Technology & Systems Management :

- Work closely with tech teams to integrate AI into existing platforms and infrastructure

- Ensure seamless adoption of AI tools within enterprise systems

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand business challenges

- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units

AI Governance & Risk Management :

- Establish frameworks for responsible AI usage and prevention of misuse

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI standards

Experimentation & Innovation :

- Drive a culture of experimentation with new AI tools and technologies

- Pilot new initiatives and scale successful implementations

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 8-12 years of experience in technology, digital transformation, or AI-led roles

- Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in enterprise environments

- Experience working in large organizations or tech-driven companies

- Ability to think strategically while executing operationally

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Flexible, adaptable, and open to working in a highly experimental environment

- Prior experience in solutioning, systems integration, or enterprise tech consulting is a plus
