Role Overview:

We are is looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Enterprise AI Manager who can evaluate, design, and drive AI interventions across business functions. This role requires a professional who can operate from a birds-eye view of the organization, identifying opportunities to integrate AI and emerging technologies into existing systems and processes. The ideal candidate will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working closely with different business units to enhance efficiency, innovation, and scalability through AI-led solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1) AI Strategy & Implementation:

- Identify opportunities for AI integration across various business divisions

- Drive AI-led transformation initiatives across systems and workflows

- Recommend and implement scalable AI solutions aligned with business goals

2) Enterprise-Level Thinking:

- Evaluate business functions from a holistic perspective to identify gaps and efficiencies

- Collaborate with leadership to define AI roadmap and priorities

3) Technology & Systems Management:

- Work closely with tech teams to integrate AI into existing platforms and infrastructure

- Ensure seamless adoption of AI tools within enterprise systems

4) Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand business challenges

- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units

5) AI Governance & Risk Management:

- Establish frameworks for responsible AI usage and prevention of misuse

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI standards

6) Experimentation & Innovation:

- Drive a culture of experimentation with new AI tools and technologies

- Pilot new initiatives and scale successful implementations

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1) 8+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, or AI-led roles

2) Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in enterprise environments

3) Experience working in large organizations or tech-driven companies

4) Ability to think strategically while executing operationally

5) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

6) Flexible, adaptable, and open to working in a highly experimental environment

7) Prior experience in solutioning, systems integration, or enterprise tech consulting is a plus
