Role Overview:
- We're a company with three decades of existence and still growing, now moving at startup speed. The person who opens the next chapter of that growth is the Business Development Manager.
- Your mandate is singular, open net new enterprise accounts. Not manage them and not grow them. Once a contract is signed and the first introduction is made, the Client Partner takes it forward. Your entire focus is turning prospects into clients.
- There is no delivery firefighting and no operational complexity. This role is about high quality conversations that build the front end of our growth engine.
What You'll Do?
- Identify, pursue, and convert net new enterprise accounts across GCCs, BFSI institutions, and product companies with India engineering centres
- Build pipeline from scratch using multiple sources and convert it into signed agreements
- Navigate vendor lists, procurement processes, and multi stakeholder buying cycles while maintaining momentum
- Run discovery conversations with CTOs, CHROs, and Heads of Talent Acquisition to understand real needs before pitching
- Manage proposals and commercial discussions through to contract closure
- Transition accounts to Client Partners with full context and clear understanding of stakeholders
- Maintain a clean and reliable CRM pipeline with accurate tracking of every stage and next action
Who You Are?
- 3 to 8 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales across staffing, talent solutions, SaaS, or technology services
- Energised by cold outreach and early stage sales conversations
- Strong commercial judgment with the ability to qualify opportunities rigorously
- Persistent and value driven in follow ups without being intrusive
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders with preparation and clarity
- Able to handle setbacks such as stalled deals, stakeholder changes, and process resets without losing momentum
