Role Overview:
- We are looking for a high-energy Enterprise Account Manager with strong hunting and client acquisition skills to drive B2B and corporate sales.
- The role involves managing mid-size enterprise accounts, acquiring new logos, and growing account value through consultative, solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisition (hunting) across enterprise and mid-size corporate accounts.
- Manage and grow mid-size enterprise accounts by increasing wallet share.
- Handle B2B and corporate sales across the complete sales lifecycle.
- Win back dormant or lost accounts through structured re-engagement strategies.
- Map enterprise stakeholders and identify business and recruitment needs.
- Sell, upsell, and cross-sell solutions including recruitment and employer branding offerings.
- Conduct client meetings and field visits to uncover growth opportunities.
- Achieve revenue targets across volume and value-based sales.
- Train existing clients to enhance adoption and usage of platform solutions.
- Perform quarterly sales analysis, account reviews, and planning.
- Monitor competitor activities and contribute to counter-sales strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client success and retention.
- Maintain accurate reporting on pipeline, revenue, and account health.
Skills & Requirements:
- Degree with 2-7 years of B2B / corporate sales experience.
- Proven experience in hunting, client acquisition, and mid-size account management.
- Strong exposure to solution selling and value-based sales.
- Preferred industry exposure: HR Tech, IT Services, Consulting, Media, BFSI, Telecom, SaaS, Dot Com.
- Excellent communication, presentation, probing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Internet savvy with working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Performance-driven, aggressive, and a strong team player
