Role Overview:

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Talent Pro, you will be responsible for driving sales of our B2B SaaS-based cybersecurity solutions to enterprise clients in the Bangalore region. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and qualify leads, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our market share and revenue growth within the enterprise cybersecurity space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify potential enterprise clients in the Bangalore region for our cybersecurity SaaS solutions.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions to prospective clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within enterprise accounts.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business and expand existing accounts.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.

- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to sell complex SaaS solutions to enterprise clients.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and related technologies.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

- Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- 4-6 years of experience in IT Sales, SaaS.
