Entero Healthcare - Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive strategic initiatives and convert business priorities into actionable plans.

- Lead cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution across functions.

- Analyze business performance, prepare MIS reports, and provide insights to leadership.

- Identify opportunities to enhance revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.

- Evaluate new business opportunities and support investment decisions.

- Work closely with regional/business heads to improve growth and execution.

- Monitor project timelines, budgets, KPIs, and ensure delivery of business goals.

- Coordinate with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 4 - 10 years of experience in Program Management, Strategy, Business Operations, PMO, or Business Excellence.

Preferred Candidate:

- Strong experience in driving cross-functional initiatives and process improvements.

- Exposure to business analytics, MIS reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

- Understanding of financial metrics, profitability, and business performance.

- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; SQL knowledge is an added advantage.

- MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
