Role Overview:
In this role, you'll create content for our experiential AI-based learning simulations and talent assessments for clients across industries and geographies.
What You'll Do
- Develop Content: Build compelling and insightful learning simulations on behavioural and business areas, videos, and assessment content customized for different clients.
- Learning Design: Leverage instructional design approaches or techniques to design compelling learning experiences for our learners using our AI technologies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, and identify the best solutions or products that address their needs.
- Prompt Engineering: Craft effective prompts to build efficiencies in the content creation process using appropriate AI tools.
- Product Building: Build exciting AI products, identify product enhancements and contribute to our product building.
- Data Analysis: Monitor consumption and quality metrics of different simulations, assessments, or specific product features to identify improvement areas.
- Training: Train internal teams (e.g.- sales teams) on new simulations and products.
What We're Looking For
- 5 to 7 years of experience in consulting, L&D, or a similar role
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills
- Expertise in prompt engineering and instructional design
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Team management experience desirable
