At enParadigm, we build cutting-edge learning simulations, gamified experiences, and AI-driven platforms that transform how enterprises develop leaders and drive change. We are backed by SALT Partners and Cornerstone Venture Partners and have worked with 500+ brands like Amazon, Coca-Cola, and Infosys. We are looking to grow exponentially in the next few years and need a Product Manager who can make that growth real - through flawless execution, clarity, and ownership.

What You'll Really Do

- Own product initiatives end-to-end from sharp PRDs to on-time, high-quality delivery.

- Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to keep projects moving and unblock issues fast.

- Drive accountability across stakeholders, ensuring no ambiguity in priorities, ownership, or timelines.

- Use data and feedback to improve adoption, fix recurring issues, and prioritise enhancements.

- Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to create and enhance learning simulations, admin flows, and gamified experiences.

This Role is For You If.

- You have 2-4 years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise tech.

- You write PRDs that engineers thank you for - clear, complete, and thought-through.

- You believe in getting things done over just talking about them.

- You're equally comfortable with details and deadlines.

- You hold yourself and others accountable, and don't leave loops open.

- You can adapt quickly when situations change - without losing sight of quality.

- You know how to use data to make decisions and measure outcomes.

- You treat AI like a power tool - knowing exactly when to fire it up, and when to put it down.

- You get excited by learning, gamification, and immersive learning experiences

- You prefer high-level strategy over hands-on execution.
