We are looking for outcome-driven, assured self-starters who have a passion for solution selling, and can drive B2B sales for us.
Your responsibilities include:
- Interact and engage with our core target audience including CXOs, Head HRs, L&D Heads as a part of the defined sales and marketing plan.
- Own lead generation targets from a defined list of companies and help expand our level of connect within the organization.
- Responsible for scheduling approximately 20-25 meetings per month, ensuring efficiently time management and coordination.
- Engage with clients, understand their requirements and showcase how enParadigm's solutions can fulfil their learning needs.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects and understand customer needs and requirements.
- Prepare and present impressive client pitches for a premium and uniquely positioned corporate education brand.
- Proactively nurture and engage clients to build relationships, generate business opportunities and close deals.
Candidate Profile:
- MBA with 1-3 years of work experience in B2B sales ( Preferred)
- Conversant in dealing with senior management
- Ability to research in-depth and tailor the pitch to the needs of customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong influencing skills
- Experience in using Lead management and CRM tools
