About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager to help shape product strategy, identify customer needs, and drive the development of scalable, user-centric products.

You will work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to build products that leverage AI and automation while delivering measurable customer and business value across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision:

- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.

- Work with leadership to define product vision, priorities, and scalable roadmaps.

- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging AI capabilities to build differentiated product features.

Customer Discovery & Market Analysis:

- Conduct customer research to understand user pain points, workflows, and unmet needs.

- Analyse competitors, market trends, and emerging opportunities across AI and SaaS.

- Translate customer and market insights into actionable product requirements and opportunities.

AI & Automation:

- Collaborate with Engineering, ML Engineers, and Data Scientists to translate AI capabilities into practical product experiences.

- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve workflows, scalability, and customer experience.

- Leverage AI tools and data-driven insights to support product discovery, experimentation, and decision-making.

Product & Outcome Ownership:

- Own product initiatives from ideation and requirements definition through development, launch, and post-launch iterations.

- Define and track product metrics covering adoption, engagement, customer value, and business impact.

- Connect roadmap initiatives with measurable customer and business outcomes.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and other teams to build scalable and user-centric products.

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support product launches and establish continuous customer feedback loops.

- Clearly communicate product priorities, requirements, decisions, and trade-offs to stakeholders.

Execution Excellence:

- Write clear product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.

- Define OKRs and product success metrics.

- Contribute to sprint planning, prioritisation, and Agile execution.

- Drive initiatives while maintaining strong focus on quality, timelines, and customer impact.

What We're Looking For:

- 2 - 4 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within B2B SaaS, AI, technology, or startup environments.

- Experience building or managing web or mobile applications with a strong focus on user experience.

- Exposure to AI/ML-powered products, automation, or AI-enabled workflows.

- Strong customer discovery, problem-solving, and product-thinking skills.

- Ability to use data, analytics, and customer insights to make informed product decisions.

- Good understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud-based SaaS architectures.

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar is mandatory.

- Experience working with Agile development teams and tools such as Jira, Linear, or similar.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and take ownership from problem identification through launch and iteration.

- Genuine interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with a willingness to continuously learn and experiment.

Nice to Have:

- Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth startup.

- Familiarity with AI agents, LLM applications, AI model lifecycle, or data privacy.

- Familiarity with product and design tools such as Figma, Productboard, or similar.
