Your role:

- As our People Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end management of the employee journey across all regions.

- This is a strategic and operational role where you'll build scalable people processes, drive HR automation, and enhance employee experience through data-driven insights and technology-enabled solutions.

- You'll partner with teams globally, ensuring a consistent, agile, and high-performing people ecosystem that supports our rapid growth.

What will you do?

- Lead the entire employee lifecycle management, ensuring a seamless experience across all global locations

- Serve as the Single Point of Contact for HR support and policy implementation

- Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and statutory compliance in collaboration with finance and partners

- Ensure global compliance with employment laws and regulations across all operating regions

- Drive HR automation and digital transformation initiatives, leveraging HRIS tools and AI for process efficiency and accuracy

- Maintain and optimize HR data dashboards and metrics to deliver actionable insights

- Collaborate with business leaders to align people practices with strategic priorities and organizational culture

- Foster a culture of learning, inclusion, and accountability across the organization

- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on people analytics

What do we look for at Ennoventure?

- 5-8 years of progressive experience in HR operations and lifecycle management, ideally in global or fast-scaling

environments.

- Strong command of HRIS, payroll, and digital HR tools; proven track record of driving automation.

- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

- High degree of independence, ownership, and accountability

- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple global priorities

- Tech-savvy with a continuous improvement mindset
