Job Title: US Offshore Sales Lead.

Position Summary.
- The US Offshore Sales Lead will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the US geography from the offshore (India) location.
- This role entails managing large pursuits exceeding $2 million, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- The incumbent will work closely with Account Managers, Delivery, Marketing, and Presales teams to ensure achievement of business targets and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities.
- Achieve Order Booking and Revenue targets for the assigned US region covering various Lines of Business (LOBs).
- Lead large pursuits (>$2 Mn) resulting in multi-year annuity business.
- Engage and support the sales team to generate a robust pipeline aligned with current and upcoming fiscal goals in collaboration with LOB leaders.
- Collaborate with Account Managers in existing accounts to showcase best practices and case studies, ensuring participation in RFPs and proactively identifying new opportunities.
- Support event participation alongside Principals to drive demand generation and enhance market positioning, in close coordination with the Marketing team.
Manage the complete RFI/RFP pursuit lifecycle, including:.
- Coordinating bid strategy discussions with Operations and Global Business Heads.
- Forming pursuit teams across LOBs and defining roles and responsibilities.
- Managing client communication and solution proposal development.
- Crafting messaging, executive summaries, and value propositions.
- Developing financial models with input from Client Acquisition and Delivery teams.
- Reviewing legal and commercial terms in alignment with the Head of Sales.
- Leading defense/orals preparation with Presales and Delivery teams.
- Supporting negotiation of terms and commercials, including MSA discussions.
- Oversee CRM management, ensuring accurate entry, validation, and maintenance in coordination with Sales and Account Management teams.
Preferred: MBA in Sales & Marketing or other relevant professional qualifications.
Experience:
- Overall experience of 15+ years, with at least 12+ years in the IT services industry.
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar sales leadership role for the US region, with demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes in the US market.
- Prior experience working extensively in the US market, including physical presence for prospecting and customer engagements.
- Must possess a valid B1/B2 visa for the USA.
- Proven experience managing business operations, including P&L accountability, within the IT services sector.
