Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead and scale our Prepaid Payment Instruments (PPI) and Wallet offerings. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building advanced digital payment products and driving their success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with RBI regulations and maintain robust KYC processes.
- Develop, execute, and manage the product roadmap to achieve strategic business objectives.
- Oversee transaction processes, settlement procedures, and fund flows for PPI and wallet products.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across technology, operations, compliance, and business partners.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive product adoption and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of product management experience in digital payments, PPI, or wallet products.
- Strong knowledge of RBI regulations, KYC/AML procedures, and payment fund flow mechanics.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to execute and communicate effectively across functions.
- Technical understanding of API integrations and payment systems is highly desirable.
- Preferred: Prior experience in fintech, wallets, UPI, cards, or corporate prepaid programs.
