About the Role:

We are looking for a Product & IT professional with strong expertise in the PAPG/PPI domain to enhance platform capabilities, drive integrations, and ensure seamless functioning of EnKash infrastructure. This role will play a key part in scaling our payment gateway & PPI ecosystem while maintaining performance, reliability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Lifecycle & Roadmap Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous optimisation, while driving the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- EnKash Platform & Infrastructure Management: Ensure stability, scalability, and smooth functioning of PAPG & PPI systems, including platform performance and enhancements.

- Integrations & Transaction Flows: Manage integrations with partners, networks, and internal systems; oversee transaction processing, settlements, and fund flows.

- Regulatory & Compliance Alignment: Ensure product and processes adhere to RBI regulations, including KYC requirements and PA-O, PA-P & PPI-specific compliance standards.

- Cross-functional Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and business teams to deliver seamless and high-impact product outcomes.

- Market Insights & Continuous Improvement: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and product performance to drive adoption, innovation, and ongoing enhancements.

What We’re Looking For?

- 5-8 years of experience in Product and/or IT roles within fintech, with strong exposure to PAPG/PPI products, or digital payments ecosystem.

- Strong understanding of the PAPG/PPI ecosystem, including product lifecycle, transaction flows, settlement processes, and payment processing systems.

- Solid knowledge of RBI regulations and compliance frameworks, including KYC/AML procedures and PPI-specific regulatory requirements.

- Hands-on experience in API and partner integrations, with a strong technical understanding of payment systems and platform enhancements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive execution and make data-driven product decisions.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across business, technology, operations, and compliance teams.

- Prior experience in fintech domains such as Cards, UPI, or Corporate Prepaid Programs is preferred.
