Key Responsibilities:

This isn't just another sales role - it's an opportunity to drive fintech innovation across large-scale enterprises in India. As part of the EnKash Growth and Sales team, you'll focus on expanding our Bills Utility Payments module, a high-impact solution designed for organizations with extensive branch networks.

At EnKash, you will:

- Own the fintech SaaS sales cycle: from prospecting and pipeline management to deal closure and post-sale engagement.

- Engage with large enterprise clients (typically with multiple branches) to position EnKash's multi-product SaaS ecosystem, with a special focus on Bills Utility Payments solutions.

- Understand complex organizational needs and design scalable workflows to streamline payments and expense processes across multiple branches.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless implementations and client satisfaction.

- Drive measurable outcomes through consultative and solution-based selling, achieving revenue and growth targets.

- Contribute to GTM strategy by providing insights into large enterprise buying behavior, payment automation trends, and competitive dynamics.

Responsibilities:

- Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities across enterprise segments for EnKash's SaaS-led payment and spend management solutions, with a focus on the Bills Utility Payments module.

- Build strong relationships with CXOs, finance leaders, and decision-makers in large organizations.

- Lead the complete sales journey - discovery, pitch, negotiation, closure, and handover.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure frictionless onboarding and consistent engagement.

- Drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling within existing large clients.

- Track market developments and emerging payment trends, especially around enterprise-level bill and utility payment automation.

What We're Looking For:

- 6-8 years of B2B SaaS or fintech enterprise sales experience.

- Proven success in selling SaaS-based financial or payment solutions to large enterprises.

- Experience working with organizations having multiple branches, where the solution sold was deployed or used across multiple branch locations.

- Exposure to SaaS-based platforms with multi-product or integrated solution offerings.

- Strong understanding of enterprise payment workflows and digital transformation initiatives.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing; MBA preferred.
