Responsibilities : - Revenue and Credit note booking for various revenue channels as per the terms agreed and GAAP applicable on monthly/weekly basis. - Expense booking pertaining to the customers being handled along with correct TDS impacts. - Prepare and send invoices to clients. - Accounts books updation for revenue and receivables area. - Knocking off of collection entries Bank Advice wise. - Handling end to end accounting and supporting for Audit for Revenue Receivables. - Sales vs collection reconciliation for respective clients. - Sales reconciliation with customers for various portal with books of account. - Updating and following up with customers/POC's of various revenue streams for overdue collections. - Working on recovery of overdue and assisting in improving working capital position. - Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment. - Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollected amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared. - Perform daily cash/bank management duties, including the updating and recording of bank transaction, and posting of cash/bank to the accounts receivable sub-ledger. - Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail. - Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to A/R, so management can gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing. - Communicate discrepancies to management team, identify slow-paying customers, and recommend collection candidates. - Strengthen and grow relationships with clients by communicating with customers regarding past-due accounts. - Assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process by identifying areas for performance improvement. - Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting, and support other finance team members. Eligibility: - B.com / M.com / MBA with 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and knowledge of the AR process. - Understanding basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping. - Has worked upon TDS sections and is aware about basics of GST. - Detail oriented and organized; - Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills; - Proficiency With Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
