About the job:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6 to 8 years of experience in Business Consulting with a focus on BPM/Digital Transformation.
- Hands-on experience with Appian BPM (preferred) or other BPM tools (Pega, IBM BPM, Camunda, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
- Appian certification is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Lead workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to capture business processes and translate them into BPM workflows.
- Design, configure, and optimize solutions using Appian BPM or other BPM platforms.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of digital solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies for digital transformation projects.
- Provide consulting expertise on best practices in Business Process Management (BPM) and Appian capabilities.
- Define KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and process performance monitoring strategies.
- Train business users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
- Stay updated with digital trends, low-code platforms, and BPM advancements to provide innovative solutions.
