Role Overview:

InnoQuest Consulting is hiring an Engineering Manager for a leading Engineering Services organization. We are looking for a seasoned engineering professional who can lead project execution, build collaboration across cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of complex engineering assignments. The role requires someone who can balance technical oversight, operational planning, stakeholder engagement, and commercial awareness while maintaining high standards of quality and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Project Delivery:

- Lead engineering teams in planning and executing multiple projects from initiation through completion.

- Ensure project milestones are achieved by effectively managing priorities, timelines, and resources.

- Foster collaboration between engineering, project management, and client teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

- Review project performance regularly and implement corrective actions wherever required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with procurement, commercial, and project teams to support seamless project execution.

- Provide technical guidance during vendor selection, material planning, and engineering reviews.

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve project-related challenges and maintain delivery schedules.

- Promote best practices that improve communication, efficiency, and overall project performance.

Operational Excellence:

- Establish and enhance engineering processes to improve productivity and consistency.

- Ensure technical deliverables meet organizational and client quality expectations.

- Monitor project documentation and maintain compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and execution quality.

Business & Commercial Support:

- Contribute to proposal development and support technical inputs during bid and commercial discussions.

- Assist in monitoring project costs, engineering changes, and resource planning.

- Build strong vendor relationships to support efficient sourcing and project delivery.

- Identify opportunities to improve execution strategies while maintaining cost and quality objectives.

Candidate Profile:

Experience:

- 10 - 20 years of experience in Offshore Oil & Gas, EPC, Marine, or related engineering environments.

- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing large-scale project execution.

- Exposure to project planning, procurement support, stakeholder management, and commercial coordination.
