Engineering Manager - Automotive

Description:

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional automotive engineering teams, driving innovation, efficiency, and quality in product development. This role will oversee design, validation, and delivery of advanced automotive systems, including EV and ADAS programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor engineering teams across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.

- Oversee design, development, and validation of automotive components and systems.

- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration.

- Drive project planning, resource allocation, and timely execution of deliverables.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering.

- 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

- Proven track record in project management and cross-functional leadership.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
