Position: Engineering Manager / Sr. Engineering Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Role & Responsibilities:

Execution & Delivery:

Driving the Roadmap with Quality & Timeliness:

- Own the end-to-end execution of the engineering roadmap, ensuring timely delivery with high-quality standards.

- Break down complex projects into manageable milestones and drive execution through agile methodologies.

- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively to keep projects on track.

- Ensure the team follows best engineering practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing for reliable software delivery.

- Continuously improve processes and efficiency to enable faster iterations and seamless execution.

Technical Leadership:

Design Reviews & Architectural Decisions:

- Guide the team in making scalable, secure, and high-performance architectural decisions.

- Conduct design and code reviews, ensuring alignment with best practices and long-term scalability.

- Make informed tradeoffs between speed scalability and maintainability balancing product and engineering goals.

- Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends, and bring in relevant innovations to improve the platform.

- Ensure adherence to high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) principles for new features and system improvements.

People Management:

Enabling Teams & Individual Growth:

- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and innovation.

- Set clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics to drive accountability and excellence.

- Identify skills gaps, provide career growth opportunities, and ensure continuous learning within the team.
