Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the engineering roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Scalable Tech: Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-quality technology solutions.

- Team Building: Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.

- Best Practices: Establish engineering best practices across architecture, security, performance, and code quality.

- Collaboration: Partner closely with Founders, Product, Design, and Operations to deliver customer-centric solutions.

- Innovation & Excellence: Drive technical innovation and ensure platform reliability, scalability, and operational excellence as the business scales.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Experience: 6-10 years of experience in software engineering, with significant experience leading engineering teams.

- Track Record: Proven experience building and scaling technology products in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.

- Leadership: Strong technical vision combined with strategic execution and a passion for mentoring talent.
