Engineering Head

Key responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Python, Javascript, and Frappe frameworks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features using React and Angular for front-end development.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications built with Python and Javascript.

- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code with a focus on Frappe framework best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback on implementations involving React and Angular.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software developed in Python, Javascript, and Frappe.

- Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing of Python, Javascript, Frappe, React, and Angular technologies.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them into projects when applicable, especially in Python and Javascript ecosystems.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development.

- Strong expertise in Python, Javascript, and Frappe frameworks and tools.

- Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Experience with database management and optimization.

- Good knowledge of front-end technologies, including React and Angular.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum development process.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Good-to-have: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Good-to-have: Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Good-to-have: Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
