Engineering Head

Key Responsibilities

- Implement global and local engineering strategies, best practices, and standards to optimize operations.

- Serve as a liaison between global engineering teams and local operations for effective collaboration.

- Provide technical expertise for bids, proposals, and new business development initiatives.

- Develop, manage, and monitor KPIs, SOPs, and workflows to enhance efficiency and performance.

- Lead the introduction of new products (NPD) and processes, ensuring smooth integration and scalability.

- Supervise, mentor, train, and develop a high-performing engineering team.

- Facilitate cross-functional coordination and ensure full compliance with customer specifications and requirements.

- Participate in global engineering forums and drive the adoption of international standards locally.

- Champion continuous improvement initiatives in design, engineering processes, and product development.

- Resolve technical challenges, deviations, and non-conformance reports (NCRs) efficiently to minimize disruptions.
