Job Responsibilities:

Primary Job Responsibilities:

1 Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for the R&D organization in APAC Non-China BU.

2 Management of a team of people covering Engineering financial reporting and consolidation of multiple locations.

3 Partner with Eng Directors for BBP development, monthly review package preparation, variance analysis on actual results to FCST and budget

4 Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems that impact the function.

5 LEAN learning and application to continuous improvement across the organization

6 Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders

YOUR BACKGROUND:

Requirement:

1 Automotive industry related working experience preferred

2 Above 12 years' experience preferable within a Financial Planning & Analysis function

3 At least 5 years of supervisory experience leading a team

4 Familiar with India business, adapt to international working environment.

5 Strong oral and written communication skills.

6 Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

7 Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems.
