Engagement Manager - Executive Partners_A Boutique Search Firm (Hybrid)

Role Purpose:

Drive end- to- end delivery of leadership search mandates with intelligence, insight, storytelling, structured research, and relationship depth. Should be responsible for managing and nurturing strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves leading client engagements, ensuring the successful delivery of services, identifying opportunities for upselling or expanding business, and collaborating closely with internal teams to meet client needs. The Engagement Manager also oversees project execution, manages client expectations, and supports the growth and retention of client accounts.

Compensation: 20 - 30 LPA + Heavy incentives + Performance-linked bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct deep research across companies, roles, and industries.

- Identify, evaluate, and engage senior professionals.

- Conduct structured conversations and assessments.

- Write insight- rich candidate reports and summaries.

- Manage candidate relationships throughout the mandate lifecycle.

- Support clients with updates, intelligence, and insights.

- Collaborate closely with the Founder on storytelling- based assessments.

- Acting as the main liaison between clients and search firm teams to coordinate recruitment projects.

- Building and sustaining positive client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Managing client deliverables, timelines, and contract compliance.

- Identifying business development opportunities within existing accounts.

- Providing regular reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
