
You'll act as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for enterprise clients - leading AI and data-driven programs that truly make an impact.
From managing delivery excellence to ensuring profitable growth, your role is all about turning strategy into measurable success.
Key Focus Areas
- Build strong client relationships with C-level executives (CTO, CIO, Heads of Data/AI).
- Lead end-to-end project delivery - across cloud, data, and AI initiatives.
- Own the P&L for accounts, ensuring value-driven and profitable execution.
- Identify growth opportunities and shape solutions aligned with client goals.
- Mentor cross-functional teams to build a culture of innovation and accountability.
What You Bring
- 8-15 years of experience in consulting or tech services (preferably BFSI/Telco).
- Strong delivery governance across multi-country teams.
- Experience managing revenue and margins (P&L ownership).
- Familiarity with AWS, data platforms, and AI/ML concepts.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
