Job Description : Engagement Manager / Associate Partner (Business Development)
Summary :
- We are seeking an entrepreneurial and high-energy Associate Partner to lead business development - (BD) for small and mid-sized consulting projects (typically < - 50 lakhs).
- The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, solutioning-heavy environment and enjoys converting opportunities into long-term client value.
- This is a high-ownership role with direct revenue responsibility and the opportunity to build a fast moving pipeline of high-impact projects. You will work closely with leadership, leveraging the firm's reputation, research depth, and industry relationships to create a strong and scalable BD engine.
Key Responsibilities:
Market & Lead Development:
- Identify priority segments for the offerings
- Build and manage a qualified BD pipeline through outreach and ecosystem connects.
Sales & Solutioning:
- Own end-to-end sales for projects from pitch to closure.
- Convert client needs into modular formats and proposals
Client Management:
- Engage mid-to-senior stakeholders to drive trust and repeat business.
- Expand client relationships to unlock new opportunities.
Offering & GTM Enablement:
- Co-create and refine offerings based on market feedback.
- Partner with marketing to drive targeted campaigns and events.
Internal Collaboration:
- Manage and mentor the delivery teams
Candidate requirements:
- We're looking for a high-ownership, entrepreneurial professional who thrives in ambiguity and is excited to build and scale RedCore's business development engine.
- 10-14 years in consulting, strategy, or BD, ideally in digital-first or growth sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to sell fast-turnaround, insight-led projects.
- Strong problem-solving, storytelling, and proposal-building skills.
- Comfortable working directly with founders, CXOs, and strategy leads.
