Engagement Manager/Assistant Director/Director - Healthcare Consulting

Mandatory: Experience in the India healthcare ecosystem

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from problem definition to execution, ensuring high-quality and sustainable outcomes

- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, driving impact across strategy, investment advisory, and transformation programs

- Serve as a primary client interface, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite leaders

- Drive problem structuring, hypothesis building, and solution design for complex healthcare challenges

- Oversee financial models, market assessments, and feasibility studies for healthcare investments and expansion

- Lead and mentor teams of consultants and analysts, ensuring capability development and delivery excellence

- Drive business development through client pitches, proposal writing, and thought leadership (AD/ Director level )

- Contribute to key account management and revenue growth through strong client engagement

- Play an active role in firm building, including practice development, knowledge creation, and talent mentoring

Qualifications :

- MBA / MPH / MHA from a reputed institute

7 to 12+ years of experience in:

- Healthcare consulting OR

- Hospital strategy / transformation OR

- Healthcare-focused advisory / investments

Ideal profile :

- Strong experience in project management and client leadership (EM level)

- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and mentor teams

- Demonstrated capability in account growth, business development, and CXO engagement (AD/ Director level )

- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
