About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of cloud platform capabilities and core technologies that power our product ecosystem.

In this role, you will define the platform vision, align it with Energy Exemplars strategic goals, and translate customer needs into scalable, innovative solutions.

You will own the roadmap and collaborate closely with engineering, design, product marketing, and go-to-market teams to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of platform services.

This is a high-impact role, critical to driving both product velocity and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and evangelize the platform vision, architecture, and multi-tenant strategy.

- Drive the development of reusable, scalable components that accelerate feature development across teams.

- Lead initiatives to harden our data platform services, including:.

- Streaming ingestion.

- Lakehouse storage.

- Metadata catalogs.

- Governance and observability.

- Guide the evolution of our customer-facing APIs and developer platform including SLAs, security, rate limits, and documentation standards.

- Manage backlogs, sprint planning, and release cycles across multiple platform engineering teams.

- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to scaling product management best practices.

- Define and track platform KPIs to drive adoption, quality, and operational efficiency.

- Partner with leadership and go-to-market teams to monetize platform capabilities through usage-based pricing models and marketplace offerings.

Experience & Skills:

- 6 to 8 years in software product management, preferably focused on cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or data services.

- Strong technical foundation with experience working on:.

- APIs (REST, GraphQL).

- Event streaming (Kafka).

- Lakehouse/data storage platforms.

- Observability tools and DevOps practices.

- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear customer value propositions and commercial outcomes.

- Strong stakeholder management and storytelling skills.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- MBA or equivalent business exposure desirable.
