Encorp Powertrans Private Limited, is a 12+ year old company, offering end-to-end manufacturing solutions of steel structures to Transmission Line Towers (TLT); Bridges & Railways; Solar Power Projects, Pre-engineered Buildings, Telecom Towers, etc. Company also operates in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) segment and has strong credentials in the Transmission Line Towers, Railway Electrification and High Speed Rail Project.

Encorp having established itself as a reliable and renowned player in its domain in India and having decent track record in exports, wants to expand its export business considerably with right strategy and strategic markets.

With this intent, company is looking for Chief Operating Officer for its Manufacturing division to be located at Boisar, Palghar (2 hrs from Mumbai), to build a strong foundation for the company to scale up by 2x ~ 3x in next 3 years time.

STRICTLY LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES FROM MANUFACTURING BACKGROUND

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

- Lead and manage daily operations across all manufacturing facilities and departments, including production, quality control, supply chain, logistics, and maintenance.

- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives are consistently met or exceeded.

Strategic Execution:

- Translate strategic business goals into actionable operational plans and initiatives.

- Partner with the Management to develop and implement long-term business strategies and objectives.

Process Optimization:

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.

- Identify and implement opportunities for automation, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.

Team Management & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop senior operations managers and plant leadership teams.

- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, safety, and operational excellence.

Financial Oversight:

- Develop and manage the operations budget, capital expenditures, and cost control measures.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess productivity, quality, and profitability. and sustainability across all operational activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related field;

- 10+ years of senior operations experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven track record of improving manufacturing performance, profitability, and operational systems.

- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, production planning, and process improvement tools.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization.

- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Competitive base salary of min 18 L per annum (CTC)
