We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join Encore ARC in Financial Reporting. This role will involve preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial statements like the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and providing insights for strategic decision-making.This new role will evolve over time and is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and effective financial control.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review periodic financial statements in compliance with IND AS, IFRS, and US GAAP

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders

- Develop and implement financial reporting and controllership policies and procedures

- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis

Skills Required:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory

- Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a financial reporting role

- In-depth knowledge of IND AS and US GAAP
