Role Overview :

As an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Human Resources at Encore ARC, you will play a pivotal role in driving our people agenda/charter and fostering a high-performance culture. This position involves managing the entire employee lifecycle, from attracting and onboarding top-tier talent to nurturing their professional growth and ensuring a supportive work environment. You will collaborate closely with Head HR and functional leadership, aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives to directly impact employee engagement, productivity, and the overall success of our mission.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management, ensuring the recruitment of high-calibre professionals for various departments.

- Manage robust performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms, to drive individual and organizational effectiveness.

- Identify & deliver training needs and programs, workshops, and learning interventions that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and capabilities.

- Provide HR Generalist support, including employee relations, policy interpretation, grievance handling, ensuring a fair and equitable workplace.

- Drive and support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, coordinating activities and communicating their impact to internal and external stakeholders, enhancing the company's social footprint.

- Manage internal and external corporate communication related to HR policies, employee announcements, and company culture, ensuring clarity and consistency across all platforms.

Required Skillset :

- Proven expertise in HR Generalist functions, encompassing talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to evolving organizational needs.

- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed institution is preferred.

- Possesses 3 to 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources roles, preferably within the services industry.
