Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Facilitator Manager to join our Bengaluru office (located near Church Street/MG Road). This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a global network of facilitators, ensuring the highest standards of quality and effectiveness in delivering world-class experiential learning programs. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitator Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, recruit, onboard, and manage a talented pool of facilitators for both domestic and international markets. - Training & Certification: Coordinate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs, facilitate teach-back sessions, and manage certification and continuous upskilling of facilitators. - Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous standards to ensure facilitator quality and effectiveness. - Cost Management: Monitor, manage, and optimize facilitator-related expenses to align with organizational budgets and profitability goals. - Engagement & Retention: Develop and execute strategies for facilitator engagement, retention, and professional development. - Financial Management: Oversee facilitator invoicing processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient payments. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and fulfillment of customer needs. Candidate Requirements: - Education: MBA or MA from a reputed institution. - Experience: Minimum 3 years in Project Management, Learning & Development (L&D), or similar roles. - Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management capabilities, demonstrating leadership and interpersonal effectiveness.
