Role & Responsibilities - - Support branding events targeted at both experienced and campus hires in terms of event planning, branding, promotion, and communication. - Collaborate with University Relations for driving efforts that strengthens Deloitte's position as one of the most preferred employers - Demonstrates knowledge of strategic imperatives, services/offerings, and priorities in the employer branding space - Demonstrates strong writing and editorial skills, including writing content for different channels and audiences including but not limited to social media posts, blog posts, videos, whitepapers, press releases, web pages, and microsites with the intention of increasing Deloitte's share of voice in the market - Owns results of campaigns; demonstrates strategic thinking across ideation and execution - Understands the interlinkages across the business to develop more impactful campaigns - Builds strong connections with member firm counterparts to ensure alignment on overall priorities; cascades national/regional efforts effectively - Advises stakeholders on compliance related to social media, recruitment branding, and message positioning - Works closely with other team members to deploy and promote campaigns, internally/externally where applicable - Collaborates effectively and purposefully across career levels - Collaborate with recruiters and guide them on various tools and technologies they can use to amplify their recruiting efforts. - Grows and maintains various web and social media properties like the Careers Site, Blog, and LinkedIn page.
