About the Role:
- Were looking for a proactive Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team in Hyderabad.
- This role focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters for our US shift teams.
- Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and employee counseling in a timely and professional manner.
- Support performance management processes, disciplinary actions, and policy compliance.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and drive initiatives to improve retention and workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement employee relations strategies.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in employee relations or HR generalist roles, preferably supporting US shift operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of empathy and discretion.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
