WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR : - The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Human Resources, IR or related fields - The candidate should have 6 to 10 years of HR/Talent Management work experience with specific exposure to ER, IR and compliance - The ideal candidate should be an expert in applicable Labor Laws (POSH, Maternity Benefit, Standing Orders, Industrial Disputes, SandE Act to name a few) - The candidate should have expertise and exposure in dealing with new age work area compliance modalities, like antidiscrimination, bullying, workplace harassment, whistleblowing protection, open-door, cross culture sensitivities - Prior exposure to working with modern case management tools, would be an added advantage - The candidate should be able to work in a highly collaborative environment and be comfortable with ambiguity and new challenges - The candidate should be proactive, motivated, self-reliant, flexible, and a quick learner -The ideal candidate should have the ability to remain tactful, calm, and persuasive in controversial and/or confrontational situations
