Employee Relation Lead

- Ensure all investigations and disciplinary actions align with labor laws, organizational policies, and ER governance standards.

- Contribute to ER risk mitigation, employee experience improvements, and the drafting and maintenance of HR policies, SOPs, and documentation.

- Lead or support cross-functional ER and compliance projects, ensuring best practices are scaled across markets

- Handle difficult conversations with empathy and neutrality, building trust across all employee levels.
