Exciting opportunity for the role of Employee Experience Specialists ( Major experience in Campus Recruitment) based in Hyderabad with a leading Management Consulting Firm based in Hyderabad.

About the Role

An Employee Experience Specialist who can support in the design and deliver exceptional onboarding experiences at our Hyderabad Tech Center. This role will be instrumental in shaping a best-in-class new hire journey, ensuring seamless integration, and fostering a positive work environment from Day 1. This person will partner with multiple stakeholders to create memorable, personalized, and engaging onboarding experiences that set the foundation for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Deliver an Outstanding Onboarding Experience

- Lead the development and execution of best-in-class onboarding programs aligned with industry best practices.

- Personalize onboarding journeys for different employee personas (new hires, hiring managers) to enhance integration and engagement.

- Design and execute memorable first-week experiences that reflect our culture and values.

- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights, surveys, and feedback loops.

Seamless Stakeholder Collaboration

- Equip hiring managers with onboarding guides, resources, and structured integration plans for new hires.

- Provide real-time updates to managers on their new hires' progress, ensuring alignment and support.

- Partner with IT, Talent Enablement, and Workplace teams to ensure smooth Day 1 and Week 1 logistics.

- Collaborate with the Communications team on impactful internal announcements and storytelling.

Enhance Employee Engagement & Retention

- Facilitate feedback sessions, skip-level meetings, and engagement activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

- Create opportunities for new employees to build networks and connect across teams and functions.

- Monitor onboarding effectiveness through metrics, touchpoint surveys, and qualitative feedback.

- Drive initiatives that improve early employee retention and long-term engagement.
